			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I thought I’d share a few interesting stats about the Internet.</p>
<p>First up, let’s talk about Facebook.</p>
<p>We know it’s all the rage. With millions of people every day wasting their time equally with real and fake friends.</p>
<p>If you believe the media hype you’d think it’s the fastest growing segment on the Internet. <strong>But it’s not.</strong></p>
<p>Sure it’s bigger than Twitter. After all, Twitter only added 100 million users last year for a total of 175 million by September 2010.</p>
<p>Facebook added 250 million users, more than twice the number of new Twitter followers, taking Facebook to 600 million users worldwide.</p>
<p>But there’s something bigger. And it’s not YouTube even with an estimated 2 billion videos watched per day on YouTube, which is big news. If you’re not sure if video is a great advertising medium think again.</p>
<p>35 Hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute with the average Internet user watching 186 videos per month &#8211; approximately 6 per day in the USA.</p>
<p>But this other social networking medium is bigger. It sends out 294 billion messages PER DAY.</p>
<p>Again, Twitter only sent out 25 billion ‘tweets’ for the whole of 2010. This other medium sends 25 billion messages every single day, and that’s even before you finish eating your breakfast.</p>
<p>And get this: The number of people using this medium grew last year from 480 million to 1.88 BILLION.</p>
<p>Facebook only grew by 250 million to 600 million.</p>
<p>So what is this medium?<span id="more-666"></span></p>
<p>I’m talking about email.</p>
<p>It’s bigger than Facebook, Twitter and YouTube COMBINED.</p>
<p>It’s estimated that 107 trillion emails were sent in 2010. That&#8217;s an average of 294 billion email messages per day.</p>
<p>Email is growing faster than Facebook.</p>
<p>And how about this:</p>
<p>21.4 million NEW websites went online last year taking the total to 255 million websites as of December 2010</p>
<p>How many blogs? 152 million according to BlogPulse, the trend discovery company.</p>
<p>5% of those blogs (about 7.5 million) were buzzing with talk of Valentine’s day on Feburary 14<sup>th</sup>. That’s how diversified they are and far from the personal logs of yesteryear.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s estimated that over $25.2 BILLION will get spent on Internet advertising this year alone.</p>
<p><strong>Bigger than Facebook, twitter and YouTube combined.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Email.<br />

<p>All the successful real estate and stock market investors you read about didn&#8217;t hit the big-time by waking up one morning and thinking, <em>&#8220;You know what? Today I&#8217;m going to be a mega-rich real estate property or stock market investor.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>No.</p>
<p>Instead, they decided they wanted to BECOME a successful stock market or property investor &#8230; and then &#8230; they started small &#8230; and built their way to the top &#8212; one step at a time.</p>
<p><strong>The same is true in business.</strong></p>
<p>Take someone like Tom Monaghan as an example. He bought a small pizza shop for $75 down and built it into a multi-million dollar empire known as <strong>Domino&#8217;s Pizza</strong> today. Tom eventually sold his share for an estimated $1 billion and retired to a quiet life of simple pleasures.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: small;">Simple enough, but WHAT questions should you be asking yourself in the middle of the worst recession in recent times? That&#8217;s what today&#8217;s blog post is all about. Asking and answering the questions of the super rich and ultra wealthy. As Tony also says &#8211; &#8220;Success leaves clues which is why you want to model the masters&#8221;.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: small;">Some of the questions the super rich and ultra successful as with respect to their wealth creation include:</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: small;">How can I get a better than average return on my investments?</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">How can I leverage my cash to create either capital gains or on-going passive income?</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">How can leverage other people&#8217;s shortcomings to my advantage while still having a win-win philosophy?</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">How can I maintain control of my wealth?</span></li>

<p style="text-align: left;">These are all great questions that I will answer one by one, but first I need to tell you a short story that puts all of this into the proper perspective and context.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span id="more-465"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">A few years ago, I attended an Internet Seminar with multiple speakers from Australia and The United States they were all promising attendees they would become the next &#8216;Internet Millionaires&#8221; with testimonials that would make a used car salesman blush. I thought most of the products and programs were total rubbish.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Except one &#8211; Virtual Real Estate &#8211; buying and selling websites on the Internet.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I stood at the back of the room with a friend of mine and asked him the KEY question &#8220;Do you think this could actually work?&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We listened to the presentation attentively and realised that the presenter was selling &#8220;smoke and mirrors&#8221;. There was no substance whatsoever to what he was pitching from the stage&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">BUT&#8230; the concept had legs.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So I set out with my friend with a goal in mind- the generate on-going passive income of $100,000/year within 12 months &#8211; leveraging Virtual Real Estate principles.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Instead of following the prophet&#8217;s suggestions (which we thought we over-hyped and dramatised), we set out to build our Virtual Real Estate Empire click-by-click with a PORTFOLIO APPROACH. Instead of trying to make it big with ONE website, we figured we could spread the risk with multiple websites.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">With 10 websites, we needed each one to make +/- $850/month to total $100,000 per year.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">With 50 websites, we needed each website to make $160/month or $5/day&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Simple enough I thought.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">A few months went by and I didn&#8217;t really do anything about it and my friend called me. He had bought his first Virtual Real Estate Website &#8211; WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">He paid $4,000 for a site that made $250/month. I was jealous, but happy for him &#8211; he had TAKEN ACTION.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">He renovated the site click-by-click transforming it from what we now call a Kool Site Into a Kash Kow site, increasing revenues from $250 to $500/month within 3 months and then from $500 to more than $1,000/month within the following 3 months. All I can tell you now is that the site surpassed $4,000/month which is +/-$50,000/year.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I was sold. I went out and started buying and developing my own sites and used the very same strategies to take Krappy websites renovating them into Kool Websites and eventually Kash Kow Websites.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Systematically and repeatedly.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This was happening in the middle of the recession &#8211; when the property and stock markets took their worst plunge in recent history. During that time, the baseline value of Virtual Real Estate properties went up 20 to 30%!</p>

<p>Limited to 12 participants, the Investor Briefing will be the official launch of a new provision for &#8216;silent investors&#8217; to partake in the buying and selling of websites WITHOUT having to get involved in the actual flipping of the sites&#8230; Stay tuned for more details, but you&#8217;ll want to set aside the date this is a one-time-only session in Sydney, <strong>Thursday 22 July from 6 to 9 PM</strong>.</p>

<p>We have a client who wants to buy a $700 site this week &#8211; he doesn&#8217;t have the cash to buy it. We have VRE Agents who can flip it &#8211; that means increase the content and traffic of the site while he also contributes value to the site. In 6 months, this site will be worth well over $2,000&#8230; that he will be in a position to buy, in fact when the site is purchased, the SELL price will be pre-set.</p>
